Once a week - we recommend booking in advance to secure desired time. During peak times, like Friday and Saturday to rebook a week ahead.

Unfortunately there’s not much we can do. When you sign up - your committing to a selfcare routine

If you no show to your booking, you will not be able to rebook for that week again - as the fee covers you as a deposit

Please allow 48hrs Notice - this allows us to find a new time for you.

If your payment doesn’t go through, you’ll receive an email to update your card details.
Your membership may be paused until your payment method is updated. -
