Booking Appointment at Anaka Salon

Please take a moment to read our booking and appointment policies before securing your appointment. By booking with Anaka Salon, you agree to the terms below.

These ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.

Booking Confirmations

All appointments must be confirmed via SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Unconfirmed appointments may be released to clients on our waitlist.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all colour, extension, and lengthy services.
This deposit is credited toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations or Change of Appointment

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Appointment Adjustments and Urgent Enquires

For any appointment changes, cancellations, or urgent matters, please call the salon directly. Website Forms, Messages or emails may not be seen in time.

Cost and Service Quotes

All pricing listed is a guide only and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and desired result. A more accurate quote can be provided during your in-salon consultation prior to your service. Additional product or time required will incur an extra cost, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Running Late

Please notify the salon if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, as we respect every client’s time.
