Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Valid for 3 Years
All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
2. What You Can Use It For
Vouchers can be used on salon services and/or retail products (unless stated differently on the voucher).
3. Bookings Are Essential
Please book ahead and let us know you're using a voucher when you book. All bookings are subject to availability.
4. No Shows & Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may void your voucher.
5. Not Redeemable for Cash
Vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash or refunded. No change will be given if your total is less than the voucher amount.
6. Partial Use
If you don’t use the full value in one visit, the remaining balance will stay on your voucher until it expires.
7. Keep It Safe
We can’t replace lost or stolen vouchers, so treat it like cash.
8. Promo Vouchers
If your voucher was part of a special promotion, it may have extra rules (like a shorter expiry or limited services). Please check the fine print.
